OY VELOMIX AB WEBSHOP
To order products from Oy Velomix Ab the customer needs to be at least 18 years of age. Our product prices include VAT (24%). We sustain the right to make changes in prices and delivery costs.
Products are ordered through our shopping cart. To order products, customers need to register an account and provide contact and delivery information, as explained previously. In ordering bicycles, customer fills appropriate fields to specify bicycle model, color, size, gear options and possible add-on accessories. Accessories can be ordered without buying a bicycle.
When the products are added to the shopping cart and ordering process has gone through with payments, we will send an automatic sales order e-mail to the e-mail address the customer has provided. To order products, an e-mail address has to be provided. The sales order e-mail includes the following details:
- Order number
- Products ordered
- Delivery costs
- Total amount of sales
- Paying method
When placing an order, the customer commits to current terms and conditions of Oy Velomix Ab
All orders from our webshop must be paid when placing an order. We do not sell products by cash on delivery method. Our payment methods are:
Bank transfer (Finnish banks: Nordea, OP-Pankki, Aktia, Sampo, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Tapiola Pankki)
Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard)
Domestic Finnish orders
Customer designed bikes are made to order. They delivered is about 2-3 weeks of an order being placed. Bicycles that we have in stock are delivered in 2-3 weekdays of an order being placed. Oy Velomix Ab are not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as shipping companies.
Orders abroad Finland
Orders shipped outside Finland will be delivered mainly weekly. Delivery time varies on destination country, but generally is about 7-14 weekdays. Oy Velomix Ab are not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as shipping companies.
If an order delay is caused directly by Oy Velomix Ab, customer has the right to cancel the order. An order must be canceled by e-mail or phone and cancellations must include order number, cancelled product and customer’s contact information. Customer receives a full refund of returned products. If a product is out of stock, please enquire for restock time from us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +358-50-526 0028.
Delivery method and shipping fees
Shipping fees for bicycles and accessories can be viewed by adding a product to shopping cart. Oy Velomix Ab reserves the right for changes in shipping fees.
Bicycles delivered to Finland
Bicycles and accessories ordered with a bicycle are delivered via Finnish Post or Matkahuolto Oy or you can of course pick it up from our warehouse in Helsinki. Bicycles are delivered to in Finland in a cardboard boxin and by using your good assembly skills you have a nice bike in no time.
Customer has to attach the front wheel, brake wires front and rear, pedals, adjust the handlebar and saddle. Instructions is provided by Oy Velomix Ab. If the pedals are assembled incorrectly, they might damage the pedal or crank threads. Warranty does not cover for damages caused by incorrect install.
Bicycles delivered abroad Finland
Bicycles are delivered via Itella Logistics. Shipping costs are determined by destination country.
When an order is packed and processed for shipping, customers are notified by e-mail to the address provided. The e-mail includes the courier used, a tracking number and instructions on how to track the order.
Returns and exchanges
Customer has a 14 day period for returning or exchanging products. The period begins when the customer receives the product. Before returning or exchanging the product, the customer has to contact Oy Velomix Ab either by e-mail or phone. You can also send me a letter. The customer has to return the product with instructions provided by Oy Veolmix Ab. If the return instructions are violated, the right to return products may lapse. If a product is installed or attached to the bicycle or in other way used in such way that it cannot be sold again, the right to return lapses. Returned product must be untapped.
Attention! Customer configured bicycles that are manufactured, assembled or customized in a way that upon return re-selling the product causes considerable economic loss to Oy Velomix Ab are not necessarily granted a full right of return. These cases include such as custom paints, specialcolored chaincover or other accessories. A copy of the original sales order

We do not accept returns after 14 days of delivery date. When the return is accepted, the money will be refunded to customer’s account after processing. By Finnish law, Oy Velomix Ab is bound to refund the customer in 30 days after the product is returned.
Violated products and problematic cases with shipping
If a product has been lost or damages during shipping or the customer has received a different product than ordered, the customer has to contact Oy Velomix Ab immediately by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +358 50 526 0028. I´m confident that we will find a solution if samething goes wrong.
The announcement for a faulty or wrong product has to be made within 14 days after receiving the product.
We reserve the right to changes of our terms and conditions. The customer has to accept the current terms and conditions when placing an order. We will process all information confidentially.
